safeguarded to meet O.S.H.A. and other requirements before placing such
equipment in operation. We do not imply or guarantee any compliance with
any government safety requirements or standards. It is further understood
and agreed this buyer or subsequent buyers will hold vendor harmless for
causes of action whatsoever. This agreement constitutes the entire contract
of sale of the goods named herein. No modification of this contract shall
be binding upon Seller unless in writing and signed by authorized officer
of Seller.
