Machinery Dealers National Association (MDNA)
Used Machinery Sales LLC has long been a proud and active member of the Machinery Dealers National
Association. MDNA was established in 1941 to assure buyers of the integrity and reliability of member
dealers. The MDNA Code of Ethics describes the essence of MDNA's spirit and standards to which we adhere.

Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers (AMEA) AMEA accredits and certifies appraisers
of machinery and equipment. Certified appraisers must have a minimum of seven years experience
of buying, selling and appraising; accredited appraisers must have at least five. Used Machinery Sales LLC
has certified and accredited appraisers on staff, and we have successfully passed the Uniformed Standards
of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) test, developed by the Congressionally-authorized Appraisal Foundation.
