Wells Fargo Equipment finance, Inc. has utilized UMS as our selling agent and appraiser of machine tools for the past 2+ years. We have engaged them numerous times to establish values of machines as well as remarket many of our return machines. All services hve been delivered faster and with more timely information than many of our other vendors/agents/appraisers. Tasks have included inspections where additional value was added by UMS's diligence in identifying complex problems outside the usual channels used in remarketing a machine tool without UMS expertise and experience. I have used UMS as my "go to"guys for used machinery for many years. If they don't have the product I am looking for they are networked in such a manner that they are able to direct me to the best source for my needs. I always felt the advise I have received from them has been sound. I needed a rivet machine, they sent me to Chicago to a house that specializes in rivet machines, I needed a blanchard grinder, they gave me a list of houses in Chicago that had grinders. In the past two years we have purchased from UMS four CNC turning centers. One of the CNC's was purchased with a parts magazine and gantry loader, another with a bar feed system. All four of the machines have met or exceeded our requirements on the shop floor. Our dealings with UMS have been prompt, honest and beneficial to our company.
